Drop-In Fitness Classes Available 7 Days a Week

You'll find an exciting assortment of drop-in classes available for members 7 days a week at Challenge Fitness! Read on to learn more about what we have to offer or contact us today with any questions you have regarding our classes. The membership regular rate costs $50, whereas veterans, military personnel, students, and senior citizens can enjoy a discounted rate of $40.

Morning Meltdown

HIITs, intervals, circuits and more! A quick, early morning class to get your day started right.

Classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:45am.

Aerobics Remix

INSTRUCTOR: Joanne Friedman

Mondays and Fridays - Get your dance moves and your sweat on with Joanne. Oldies, 80's, Showtunes and more!

Classes are offered on Monday and Friday from 10:30 am to 11:45 am.

Core Power Ball

INSTRUCTOR: Cindy Scott

Develop your core power with this fun, unique, and intense core building exercises on the physioball.

Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 am.

Basic Training

INSTRUCTOR:  Chris Demanaeus

Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, circuits and more! A moderate to
high intensity strength and conditioning class.

Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm.
